


Marsha Pilgrim brings over 40 years of experience in the dental industry, beginning her career as a Dental Assistant before transitioning into Office Management. She received her Dental Assistant training while serving in the U.S. Navy, where she met and married a naval officer who was also a dentist. Marsha continues to stay actively involved in the daily operations and challenges of a dental practice through managing her husband’s office.
For 15 years, she worked as a dental management consultant, helping practices implement effective systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, and team satisfaction. Her expertise includes scheduling, collections, and setting and achieving production goals. With more than three decades of experience using dental software, she was a certified Dentrix trainer for over 10 years. She enjoys helping dentists and spouses manage the financial part of their practice.
Marsha is a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) and holds certifications in Employment Law Compliance and Integrated Performance Management from Bent Ericksen & Associates. Marsha is a graduate of The Consultant U and member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC) and earned her Diplomate designation at the 2024 AADOM conference. In recognition of her dedication to supporting others in their professional growth, Marsha was honored with the “Leave the Ladder Down” award in 2024.
